No programa mensal Dança no MIS, coreógrafos são convidados a escolher uma área do Museu para compor um trabalho site-specific em dança. A edição de abril recebe dois projetos.
A instalação performativa audiovisual Fragmentos fonéticos de um (si), que estreou na Plataforma Berlim 2013, integrando a programação da Feira Internacional de Frankfurt, é fruto da pesquisa de Cristina Elias com a performer surda Rosemarie Walter. O trabalho traduz textos de Clarice Lispector para a linguagem gestual dos surdos, envolvendo corpo, imagens em vídeo, recitação de fragmentos de textos e sound design.
Já a performance Pender-se, dirigida por Adriana Macul e criada para sete performers, dialoga diretamente com a arquitetura do Museu, mais precisamente com a marquise de entrada, onde bailarinos em desequilíbrio criam uma reflexão poética sobre noções de apoio, suporte, equilíbrio e estabilidade.
Sobre Cristina Elias
Concluiu um mestrado em direção de movimento na Central School of Speech and Drama (Universidade de Londres). O seu trabalho concentra-se na construção de pontes entre diferentes códigos artísticos de expressão, com uma forte ênfase na tradução de texto em movimento. Em 2011 criou e dirigiu a performance Here and There [or Somewhere Inbetween], apresentada no Radialsyst em Berlin. Em 2012, co-dirigiu com a atriz Rita Elmôr a peça PAI (texto de Cristina Mutarelli) apresentada no centro cultural Midrash, Rio de Janeiro, e, colaborou como performance artist e diretora de movimento no projeto Io é un altro do artista visual César Meneghetti, atualmente exposto na 55ª Bienal Internacional de Arte de Veneza.
Sobre Adriana Macul
É co- fundadora do TRIADE, [Projetos Bichos da Seda Deslocados, Jardins, Tríade Tour São Bento, Ipiranga e Santos, e Projeto Tríade Móbile]. É colaboradora do núcleo DR e desenvolve Projetos independentes [Espetáculo Corpo Diva e pesquisa Corpopop]. Artista da Dança e educadora. Trabalhou no Programa Vocacional por 5 anos. É formada em Teatro pela escola Philippe Gaulier (Paris) e Educação Somática do Movimento pela School of Body Mind Centering.
